Beth isn't really a receptionist but would be if she were paid as much as Jennifer Marlowe from WKRP in Cincinnati. When Smitty's busy playing tv star, Richard the (former) Intern fills his shoes nicely. And even though Dale can't eat them, he knows life is like a box of chocolates.
