Hawk’s Chamber: Chapter 2
I gave you a little of the back story on me and OxyHealth so now I want to let you know some of what it does for me.
When I first started using the chamber, my entire leg was so swollen and I could not really walk without crutches. Within days of using the chamber for just 1 hour a day the swelling was going down and I could actually bend my knee a little. Just a few weeks later I was able to workout a little. Daily the range of motion was increasing, and my mobility was getting better and better!
I was told this would happen, but to my surprise other things were happening as well. I slept better, my concentration level was so much better, and I just felt better. All this, when I just thought I was healing my knee, and avoiding surgery. These are the type of side effects you want from therapy. To find out how this was happening you need to call OxyHealth and ask for Ben Gailbraith at 1-877-789-0123, or go to www.OxyHealth.Com and tell him Hawk sent you.
As I become more educated of the many benefits of hbot (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) it truly amazes me. I want you all to become more familiar with it as well because you, someone in your family, or someone you know could be helped by through hbot.
Over the last few months of 2011 I really slacked off with my working out, diet and even failed to take advantage of having a hyperbaric in my home and I felt the difference. I just did not feel healthy and was not able to push myself the way I used to do. I decided that come January 2, 2012 I was going to make a lifestyle change, not a resolution.
I have been working out HARD, eating fairly clean 6 days a week. In addition I have been taking “chamber dives” for at least an hour 5-6 days a week. The soreness and fatigue your body goes through I did not feel like I have in the past. The one difference was I now had the Vitaeris 320 from OxyHealth for recovery. I truly feel that Oxyhealth’s chamber has helped me be ale to workout just as hard on day 6 of the week as I do on day 1.
So far I am down 26 lbs from Hard Work, Dedication, Consistency, and HBOT. I feel good and everyday I can not wait to work out, but I also can’t wait for my “chamber dive” because I know how great I am going to feel afterwards.
I will keep you all up to date with my Oxyhealth hbot assisted journey by adding chapters to “Hawk’s Chamber”. If you follow me on twitter @mrjshawk I have pictures from before I get in and from the inside of the chamber, Soon to come will be a video of the same so make sure you follow me. I will also start adding photos and video to this blog. I can’t give you everything at once!
A good site that talks about athletes and hbot is www.SportsHyperbarics.com, they are on twitter @SportsHyperbarics.
