Last night Union County High School named former South Carolina quarterback Steve Taneyhill as new head coach. Taneyhill has been head coach at Chesterfield (1A) since 2006, where he led the Rams to three straight state championships. Of course, most fans in our area will remember Taneyhill’s days as a Gamecock. . .and his epic mullet.
